Purchases and verification

We collect your name, company, title, email, company website and, if supplied, LinkedIn URL to review purchaser legitimacy, manage orders, deliver purchased resources, and provide purchased updates. These records are stored in a private Google Sheet. Payment is handled by Stripe, which processes payment information under its own privacy terms. We receive order and payment status; this website does not collect card numbers.

Membership waitlist

We collect the professional details you submit, optional learning interests, and your consent to contact you about the November 2026 opening. Joining the waitlist creates no paid membership. To leave the list or correct your details, contact info@volumepr.com.

Contact inquiries

The contact form is processed through Netlify Forms. Your submitted contact details and message are available to our team to respond to your inquiry. Please do not include confidential or sensitive personal information.

Your browser and service providers

Cart selections are stored in your browser; purchaser form details are not stored in local storage by this site. Hosting and security services may process technical request information. Google provides the private operational workbook, Stripe provides hosted payment, and Netlify hosts the site and forms. Fonts load from Google Fonts. This site adds no advertising pixels or analytics scripts.

Access and questions

We use submitted information to operate the services requested. Contact info@volumepr.com to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop waitlist contact. Some purchase records may need to be retained for accounting or other applicable obligations.

Free resources

The free worksheet does not require an account or email. Your completed worksheet stays with you unless you choose to share it.
