The Three-Report Collection

Clearer standards.
A stronger signal.
Better readiness.

Connect how your organization uses AI, how it is understood, and how it responds when an important claim goes wrong.

Three substantive resources. Three different responsibilities. One foundation you can bring to the people who own the work.

Why these belong together

The policy sets expectations.
The signal carries the facts.
Readiness puts a response behind them.

Clear internal standards help people use AI responsibly. A coherent public record helps people and AI systems understand your organization. A practiced crisis discipline helps you investigate and correct consequential problems without creating more confusion.

Use the resources together to connect those responsibilities across communication, leadership, operations, and specialist reviewers.

  • 30-page policy framework: 23 sections, proportional approval gates, and implementation tools.
  • 37-page Signal Architecture guide: ten disciplines, worked examples, and seven working templates.
  • 15-page crisis field guide: six stress tests, a first-hour sequence, and a 30-minute tabletop.

Responsible use

AI Ethics & Responsible Use Policy

People need to know what they can use, what they must protect, who reviews the work, and when an AI-assisted task needs a different level of approval. This framework gives that conversation a practical structure you can adapt to your organization.

  • Editable framework with clear placeholders for your organization
  • Core standards, plus conditional sections for capabilities you actually use
  • Practical tools for adoption, review, disclosure, and ongoing maintenance

AI representation

Signal Architecture

A buyer, journalist, employee, or partner may meet your organization through an AI-generated answer. Signal Architecture helps you examine that answer and build a clearer, more credible body of public evidence behind it.

  • Ten disciplines with definitions, common failures, and publishing standards
  • Worked communication examples, including a before-and-after press release
  • A 30/60/90-day introduction and seven reusable working pages

Crisis readiness

AI Crisis Readiness: Process & Standards

A misleading account can affect trust before a visible controversy appears. This guide helps your team recognize the exposure, investigate what is actually true, decide on a proportional response, and practice the work before pressure arrives.

  • Ten exposure scenarios to sharpen recognition
  • A 20-minute first monitoring check and six stakeholder stress tests
  • A six-step first-hour sequence, holding-update structure, and one-page working record

A useful way to begin

Bring one issue
through all three.

For example: a team is using AI to prepare a consequential public announcement.

  1. Set the boundaries.

Use the policy to discuss approved tools, information handling, review, and the people who can authorize the work.

  2. Build the record.

Use Signal Architecture to identify the audience question, establish the evidence, brief the content, and plan its maintenance.

  3. Test the interpretation.

Use the crisis guide’s stress tests and working record to examine consequential answers and decide what needs investigation or correction.

Before you choose

The right foundation
for your organization?

Who is this collection for?

Communication leaders, agency and business owners, and teams coordinating AI standards, reputation, and preparedness with their organization’s specialist reviewers.

What is separate?

The AI Tools Deck, membership, consulting, and team training are separate offers. The reports are educational resources and do not replace legal, technical, forensic, or emergency expertise.

When does update coverage begin?

Coverage starts on your purchase date and runs for 12 calendar months. It includes updates and extension-pack upgrades issued for these three reports during that window. It has no automatic renewal or guaranteed release schedule.

How do delivery and internal use work?

We review purchaser details before releasing materials. Delivery is within 48 hours after verification. The purchaser and named organization may use the materials internally; broader licensing requires a separate arrangement.
